The Business Park benefits from excellent road communications being strategically located adjacent to the M3. The M3 provides direct access to London (52 miles) and the M25 to the north east, Southampton (30 miles) and the South Coast to the south west. The A33 (Reading Trunk Road) and A339, the two main arterial routes north out of Basingstoke, lead to Reading and Newbury providing direct access to junction 11 of the M4 and the A34 Midlands route. The town is also served by the A30 linking to Junction 13 of M25 to the east and the A303 6 miles to the west.

Basingstoke’s mainline railway station provides a direct and frequent service to London Waterloo with a fastest journey time of 45 minutes. Local bus routes service the estate connecting Basingstoke town centre and Chineham Shopping Centre as well as the surrounding districts.
Basingstoke is well positioned for London’s main airports with Heathrow (37 miles north east) and Gatwick (61 miles east) both easily accessible via the M3 and M25. In addition, Southampton International Airport is some 25 miles to the south.
